New anthology out!
This anthology comprises 15 chapters on different aspects of student-centred learning and teacher collaboration in higher music education. We hope the projects and ideas presented here can serve as inspiration and give new ideas on learning and teaching music. It is the first publication from WG5, and is a result of papers presented at the conference “Becoming Musicians – student involvement and teacher collaboration in higher music education”, which took place in Oslo, October 2018. It was the first AEC and CEMPE Learning and Teaching Conference, and gathered students and teachers from 44 institutions worldwide.
The anthology comprises three parts:
- Higher music education institutions and students
- Instrumental learning and teaching
- Perspectives and practices
The fifteen chapters are written by authors from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and Austria.
